Well I just turned 46 and I must say, apart from a few creaks and a few aches, feel I am definitely at the top of my game. My life is going fantastic. I just had my first hospital trip in for chest pains a few weeks ago and I came out with a clean bill of cardiac health. In fact I have a super-heart, slightly larger than average and with a resting heart rate in the high 30s. I had every test with every machine, each machine larger than the previous. Everything looked good. So the chest pains are a mystery but must be something with the digestive system. My doctor says it was probably esophagal spasms but it hasn't happened since that terrible Friday morning when I was rolled up in a ball at the foot of the bed nearly crying from the pain. So I guess only time will tell.
